Disclaimers & policies
At Dreamwright Yoga, we believe in full transparency. Below are our cancellation policies for reference when booking yoga classes, one-on-one sessions, workshops, and/or retreats.

CANCELLATIONS OF YOGA CLASS:
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel a yoga class. We ask for a 1-HOUR minimum notice before the class started. Please cancel yourself online via your account. In this situation, your class credit will be returned to your account. If you paid by card for a single session, the class will go onto your account as class credit.
Please note: There are no refunds, transfers to other accounts, and/or extensions if you cannot use the class pass by the expiration date.

If the cancellation is given within the 1-hour window, you will still be charged for the class even if there are still spaces available. If you have a card stored on your account, a charge will be taken from your card. If you have class credits allocated to your account, then a class credit will be deducted. If you are unable to cancel your reservation prior to the one-hour minimum notice period, please contact Dreamwright Yoga immediately to not lose your class credit. You can send an email to info@dreamwrightinc.com. NOTE: Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) is not accepted as a suitable form of communication to cancel a class.
CANCELLATION OF A COURSE, WORKSHOP, AND/OR MASTERCLASS:
The rules are very similar to the above policy for class cancellation, however, the cancellation period is different. For courses or workshops held by Dreamwright Yoga, we ask for 3 DAYS (72 HOURS) minimum notice period should you need to cancel. The 72 hours will be calculated using the workshop’s scheduled start time to work back from. You can cancel yourself online through the booking software on our website; however, if an automatic refund is not processed, please email info@dreamwrightinc.com to request a refund.

If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, you will still be charged for the course, workshop, or masterclass even if there are still spaces available. Should you not be able to cancel your reservation for whatever reason, please call ‪(404) 594-4011 with more than 72 hours notice to make us aware that you are unable to attend. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail, and we will accept this as a notification of your cancellation. An email is also a suitable form of communication to cancel a class. Please email info@dreamwrightinc.com if this is your preferred method of communication. Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) is not accepted as a suitable form of communication to cancel a class.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
CANCELLATION OF A 1-ON-1 PRIVATE SESSION:
The process of notification is the same for providing notice more than 24 hours’ notice and less than 24 hours’ notice, however the resulting actions are different.

For 1-on-1 private sessions, we ask for a 24-HOUR minimum notice before the session start time. The 24 hours will be calculated using the session start time to work back from. Please call ‪(404) 594-4011 with more than 24 ‬‬‬‬hours’‬ notice to make us aware that you are unable to keep your scheduled 1-on-1 session appointment and provide suggested days/times for rescheduling. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail, and we will accept this as a notification of your cancellation for rescheduling. An email is also a suitable form of communication to cancel a class. Please email info@dreamwrightinc.com if this is your preferred method of communication. Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) is not accepted as a suitable form of communication to reschedule a session.‬‬‬

CANCELLATION OF A RETREAT:
Please note that each retreat we run is unique and will have different cancellation policies. We will make these clear in the retreats’ descriptions before you purchase.
